3. Purpose of Services

The Agency offers tourist services, including customized tours, guided visits, and cultural experiences in Mexico. All services are subject to availability, and itineraries may be modified due to circumstances beyond the Agency's control (weather, access closures, etc.).

4. Service Contracting

Booking Process: Contracting is done through the website, email, or WhatsApp. To confirm a reservation, the User must expressly accept the specific terms of the selected service and make the corresponding payment. Payments: Payments can be made via bank transfer to a Mexican account, credit or debit card, through Wise, or any other method accepted by the Agency. Confirmation: Once payment is made, the User will receive a booking confirmation with the details of the contracted service.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the contact email. Depending on the cancellation date relative to the service start date, management fees and penalties may apply: More than 30 days before the start: 50% refund of the amount paid. Between 30 and 15 days: 25% refund. Less than 15 days: No refunds will be issued. If the User does not show up on the service day, no refund will be provided.

6. Modifications by the Agency

In case of extraordinary circumstances (weather conditions, logistical issues, etc.), the Agency may make changes to the itineraries, notifying the User as far in advance as possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Users are responsible for complying with the necessary migration, health, and legal requirements to enjoy the tour.

8. Personal Data Protection

Travel Cat MX respects the privacy of its users and complies with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). All personal information provided will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the management and provision of the contracted services.

9. Intellectual Property

The website operates under secure servers and guarantees the protection of personal data. All content, including logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Travel Cat MX or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws.
